Source informationWhere could AI
help your business?
We help Toronto and GTA businesses find where AI is worth using, then handle the implementation.
- Find where AI could make a difference
- Understand the benefits and full cost
- Let us handle the implementation
If the benefits do not justify the cost, we’ll tell you.
What could that look like?
Start with work you recognise.
An enquiry arrives. A useful reply is ready to review.
Thanks for getting in touch. Which form and customer system do you use? We can start by looking at how the details move between them today.
A person reviews before useThe reply asks for missing information. It does not promise a price or a working connection.
- Does the reply match the request?
- Are there claims or commitments to remove?
- Who approves and sends the reply?
Sample content to explain the approach. No live AI runs here, and nothing is sent.
AI can prepare the work. Your team keeps the decisions that need a person.
What would you like to change?
You might run the business, manage the process or look after the systems. Each role brings a different question.
Is AI worth the cost for us?
You have a business to run and plenty of AI advice to sort through. We look at the work with you, put costs beside the likely benefits and recommend what to do next.
Clear priorities
Start with a focused opportunity that matters to your business.
A defined next step
Get a recommendation and a proposed implementation scope.
Know what you would be paying for.
Example scope: enquiry handling
- 01The opportunity
- Prepare a reply from the incoming request and flag missing information.
- 02The business case
- Compare time spent today with setup, software, review and maintenance costs.
- 03The recommendation
- Proceed only if the supported benefit justifies the full cost.
What you receive: priorities, assumptions and a proposed next step.
Why are we copying this again?
The same details go from an email to a spreadsheet, then into another system. We trace those handoffs with your team and see which ones can be reduced.
Connected work
Move information between tools where their access and capabilities allow it.
Useful human review
Keep approval with a person when the task requires judgment.
Less copying. A clear next action.
Example scope: an incoming request
- 01Capture the request
- Use the enquiry as the source. Keep the original available for checking.
- 02Prepare the next step
- Draft a reply and identify the details needed for the customer record.
- 03Keep approval with the team
- A person checks the details before anything is sent or changed.
What you receive: an agreed workflow, tested with your team.
How will this fit our systems?
We review the tools already in use, available access and data boundaries. We define the connections and test the workflow before release, so the people maintaining it understand how it works.
Defined boundaries
Agree what the workflow can access, change and send.
A clear handover
Document the workflow, responsibilities and agreed support.
Clear boundaries from the start.
Example scope: access and approvals
- 01Read access
- Only the agreed inbox or records needed for the task.
- 02Write access
- Only the destinations and actions approved for the workflow.
- 03Review and recovery
- A named approver, an exception route and a documented way to stop.
What you receive: tested connections and a documented handover.
Find the right starting point for AI.
Find out what could change, what it would cost and whether it is worth doing.
We handle the work behind the change.
Assessment, setup, testing and training belong together. You should not have to coordinate them yourself.
AI opportunity assessment
We review the work, existing tools and repeated decisions. Find where AI may help, and where a simpler change may be enough.

Explore this serviceWhat happens after you get in touch?
We start by understanding the task. The build comes after the business case.
Start with how the work happens.
We review a real process with you. We identify its inputs, tools, handoffs and decisions, then establish the problems you want to solve.
An example
A customer enquiry
- Request arrives01
An enquiry reaches the inbox.
- Details are recorded02
Someone finds and copies the useful information.
- A reply is prepared03
A team member checks what the customer needs.
- A person responds04
The next action stays with the right person.
Choose work worth improving.
We compare candidate tasks by usefulness, effort, risk and expected cost. We distinguish time released from cash savings. The recommendation can be to proceed, change the scope or stop.
An example
Compare the whole picture
- Time and capacity01
Which repeated steps could be reduced?
- Full cost02
Include setup, software, review and maintenance.
- Risk and quality03
Account for errors and unusual cases.
- Recommendation04
Proceed, change the scope, or do not proceed.
Define a workflow people can use.
We specify what starts the workflow, which information it can use and what it may do. Approvals, exceptions and responsibilities are part of the design.
An example
An approval workflow
- An agreed trigger01
Start only when the defined event happens.
- Approved information02
Use the sources and access agreed for the task.
- A prepared draft03
Organize the information for review.
- Human approval04
A person checks the proposed action.
Build, connect and test the solution.
We configure the agreed tools and connections. We test representative cases and failure paths, then review the outputs with your team before release.
An example
An implementation checklist
- Connect the tools01
Configure the agreed data and actions.
- Test typical cases02
Check that the normal path works.
- Test exceptions03
Make errors and missing information visible.
- Approve the release04
Review the results before everyday use.
Help your team use the system.
We explain the workflow, document its operation and agree how support works. Feedback and observed results guide any later changes.
An example
An improvement loop
- Explain the workflow01
Show the team how it works and where to review.
- Document ownership02
Record who operates and maintains each part.
- Gather feedback03
Review the real issues people encounter.
- Improve with evidence04
Agree changes based on observed results.
Keep the important decisions under control.
The right checks belong in the workflow from the start.
Keep the right approvals
A draft is different from an approved action. Identify where people must review, approve or handle an exception.
Set data boundaries
Agree which information the workflow needs and which systems it can access. Record the processing and access decisions.
Measure before expanding
Define the starting point and the intended improvement. Review actual results before extending the workflow.

Is there a good reason to use AI here?
An AI business assessment looks at how the work happens, where AI may help and what the change would involve.
- Useful opportunities, with clear assumptions
- Benefits weighed against the full cost
- A recommendation, including when to stop
Sometimes the answer is a simpler process, or no change at all.
Does any of this sound familiar?
Look at the repeated work first. These are common places to start the discussion.
Information is scattered
Enquiries, documents and records sit in separate tools. Review where information must move and which handoffs can be improved.
Preparation takes too much effort
Repeated summaries, data entry and reports may be suitable for assistance. Check quality, exceptions and review before automating them.
The value of AI is unclear
You may need a business case before a build. Compare the supported benefits with the full cost of implementation and ongoing use.

You explain the business.
We handle the setup.
You do not need to manage separate AI experiments to get started. We help define the scope, build the agreed workflow and prepare the people who will use it.
- Workflow design and implementation
- Testing, documentation and handover
- Training and agreed support
Questions before you start.
Do I need to know which AI tool I want?
No. Start with your business and the work you want to improve. We assess whether AI is useful before recommending a tool or an implementation.
What kinds of work can you review?
Examples include enquiries, follow-ups, documents, data entry, reporting and internal handoffs. The assessment checks the actual process and its constraints.
Can we keep our existing software?
That is often the preferred starting point. A proposed connection depends on the software’s capabilities, available access and permissions. We explain any required changes before implementation.
What if AI will not make a meaningful difference?
We explain the result and its reasons. A recommendation not to proceed can remove uncertainty and prevent an unsuitable project.
How are costs explained?
Published starting prices give a general idea of cost. Each project receives a quote based on the scope, systems and review needed. There is no published upper price. A C$350 assessment credit applies when implementation is ordered within 30 days of the assessment report. Software and usage charges are separate.
Will the system make decisions without us?
That depends on the approved workflow. We define what it may do and where a person must review, approve or handle an exception.
How do you handle business information?
We identify the information the workflow needs, the tools processing it and the access required. Hosting, retention and third-party processing must be agreed for the actual project.
Can you work with our team in Toronto or the GTA?
Yes. The service is intended for Toronto and GTA businesses. We can discuss whether an on-site or remote session fits the project and your team.
